Other Useful Sites

Classical.jpg

Classical.com
A site where you can dowload music to your PC (at a small price) or listen to snippets of music for free. It also has a great reference section

ChoralNet.jpg

ChoralNet
This is a huuuuge site with loads of information about repotoire, technique, help with music and all sorts. One of it's greatest features is its bulletin boards where you can pose questions to choir members all round the world - if you don't know something then somebody here will!

The Choral Domain Public Library (CPDL)
This is just a mammoth site for downloading music but it also has a lot of really good resources. There are over 8000 pieces of sheet music to download here and most of them come with midi files attached. One of my first points of call when we have a new concert to plan!

Wikipedia
This is a great source for "unusual" information - like looking for composers who are not very famous etc.
